1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BilgeStore (bilgestore.com) or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.

2. Products and Services

BilgeStore sells digital products including but not limited to:

  • Source code and software tools
  • n8n workflow templates (JSON files)
  • AI automation scripts and bots
  • Prompt templates and content toolkits
  • Video automation systems

All products are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. No physical shipping is involved. Products include lifetime updates as described on their respective product pages.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely by Gumroad and/or Paddle (Merchant of Record).
  • Paddle handles tax compliance including VAT for applicable regions.
  • BilgeStore never directly stores or processes your credit card information.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

All products, content, source code, documentation, and materials sold through BilgeStore are the intellectual property of BilgeStore / Ekrem Mutlu. The BilgeStore brand, logo, and website content may not be used without prior written permission.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as described below.

5. License Terms

What you CAN do:

  • Use the product in your own personal or commercial projects
  • Use the product for client work
  • Modify the product for your own use

What you CANNOT do:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the product files with others
  • Offer the product as a competing product or service
  • Sublicense the product without written consent
  • Claim ownership of the original product

Starter tier: Single-user license for personal and commercial use.

Pro tier: Single-user license with extended deliverables (additional templates, source code, documentation).

6. Refund Policy

7. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when making a purchase.
  • Do not redistribute or share purchased products.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methods from the products.
  • Do not use products for any illegal activities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Revenue estimates, business projections, or potential earnings mentioned on product pages are illustrative and do not constitute guarantees. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BilgeStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of BilgeStore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of BilgeStore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation via email ([email protected]) for a period of 30 days.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered customers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of BilgeStore after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
